Project Overview

Sworcex is an employee voucher management application designed to connect employee onboarding, account verification, reward points, and voucher transactions in one digital experience.

I worked on the end-to-end user journey, focusing on account setup, authentication, voucher discovery, redemption, and purchase verification.

Goal: Create a clear and secure voucher experience that helps employees move from account activation to voucher redemption with minimal friction.

Problem Statement

The voucher experience needed to guide employees through multiple steps, from creating an account and verifying their identity to selecting vouchers and completing transactions.

The experience needed to clearly communicate:

Account creation and activation
Email and OTP verification
Available reward points
Voucher discovery and selection
Voucher redemption and purchase
Purchase verification and confirmation

The challenge was to keep the journey straightforward while making verification requirements and transaction steps easy to understand.
