Project Overview

The Sqalible - HRMS project focuses on designing a structured digital experience for human resource management.

The interface aims to organize employee information and HR workflows into a consistent system, making it easier for users to navigate information and complete their tasks.

Goal: Simplify HR interactions through clear information architecture, consistent interface patterns, and intuitive workflows.

Problem Statement

HR management interfaces can become difficult to navigate when employee information, administrative tasks, and operational workflows are presented without a clear structure.

The design challenge was to organize these elements into an interface that supports efficient navigation while maintaining consistency across the product.

The experience needed to make important information accessible without overwhelming users with unnecessary visual complexity.
